While obtaining his MFA in Fine Arts at Hunter College, Charlie apprenticed under Elio Espana at Flyrite Studio in Brooklyn, New York. After years of working at Flyrite as well as True Blue in Queens, New York, Charlie went back to his roots in Baltimore where he and his longtime friend, Jeff Pitt took the helm at Read Street. Charlie's talent customizes both Traditional Americana and Japanese styles and his range extends to all contemporary genres of tattooing. Call for a consultation, walk-ins welcome.
